Herbed Butter Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. butter or pareve margarine, softened
3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives (cut with kitchen shears)
½ tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
¼- ½ tsp. salt
Mix butter (or margarine) and herbs together; wrap in plastic wrap and chill until ready to use. Mix with one pound of cooked fresh green beans or other veggies. Delicious!
