Ingredients: Makes approximately 4 servings
1 cup white rice (uncooked)
5-10 pieces of uncooked spaghetti or angel hair pasta broken into ½ inch pieces
1-2 Tbls. olive oil
2 cups chicken stock or broth
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. each garlic powder and onion powder
- In medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium high heat; add spaghetti and cook for 1-2 minutes or until they start to turn brown. Add rice to spaghetti and stir together.
- Add chicken stock and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook 15 minutes. Adjust seasonings before servings.
